Sunny Yoga's purpose is to spread yoga, joy, love, energy, and health across Prague and the rest of the world, to people of all ages. How did we get here? What started from a little yoga teacher training seed, grew into the litlte baby tree that is now Sunny Yoga, still expanding and reaching our branches, exploring the yoga environment of Prague and helping to create a community of happy English speaking yogis in our city!
